About Us

Investing at First Signal

Radix Innovation Capital is an early-stage venture firm investing at the pre-seed and seed stages, typically deploying initial checks of $50K–$80K into a concentrated portfolio of high-conviction companies. We believe venture outcomes are driven by the ability to recognize signal before it becomes widely visible, build conviction quickly, and act ahead of consensus.

Our edge is built on a structured, repeatable approach reinforced by internal venture intelligence systems that help us surface early signals, reduce noise, and compound decision-making over time.

We focus on markets undergoing structural shifts and founders with clear execution advantages, backing companies with the potential for asymmetric outcomes before they are widely recognized.

We are not driven by trends or volume — only by clarity, consistency, and long-term returns.

How We Invest

We invest at the pre-seed and seed stages, typically participating early with initial checks between $50,000 and $80,000. Our focus is on building a concentrated portfolio of high-conviction investments, backing a select number of companies where we see early signal and the potential for asymmetric outcomes.

Beyond our initial investment, we work alongside a trusted network of operators, founders, and aligned capital partners who frequently invest with us—providing additional support as companies scale. This approach allows us to move with speed while maintaining discipline, ensuring founders have both early conviction and access to long-term capital.

We aim to build a portfolio of ~40 investments through our first fund, maintaining discipline while allowing for broad exposure across emerging opportunities. Our structured evaluation framework is supported by internal venture intelligence systems. This helps us identify companies earlier, underwrite them with discipline, and concentrate capital into our highest-conviction opportunities. By entering early and concentrating into our highest conviction investments, we position the portfolio to capture power-law outcomes while maintaining disciplined exposure.

Our lens prioritizes companies where structural change, founder insight, and clear expansion pathways can produce venture-scale outcomes.
